APPLES WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Ingredients:
6 apples
3 soupspoons of sugar
1/2 glass of sweet white wine.
Sauce:
1 teaspoon of chocolate
1/2 teacup of water
1 soupspoon of sugar
1/2 soupspoon of butter or margarine
1 soupspoon of cream.
Peel
the apples and cook them with the sugar, wine and a
small amount of water.
To
prepare the sauce:
Heat the chocolate and the water, stirring
continuously until the chocolate is completely
dissolved and has started to thicken. Remove from the
burner.
In
another bowl, beat the sugar with the butter. Add the
cream, stir well and then add the melted chocolate.
Arrange
the apples on a serving dish and pour over the hot
chocolate sauce.
