SARDINE FILLETS WITH APPLE
Ingredients:
8 large fresh sardines
3/4 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of chopped red apple
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of cream
season with salt and pepper and 2 bay leaves.
Method:
Clean the sardines and divide into fillets. Cut each
fillet into 3 pieces. Chop the onion and chop the
apple without removing the peel. Mix the mayonnaise
with the cream. Add the onion and the apple.
Season
with salt and sugar. Add the bay leaves.
Add
the sardines. Place the mixture in a glass container
and put the lid on. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours
before serving. Serve as a starter.
